This is a gated community and is well located for all shopping areas and supermarkets.
Sprouts Farmers Market is only a 7 minute walk, and PUBLIX is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
A bus station is present at a 10 minute distance as well.
The area is safe.
The apartment has all amenities like Central AC, FRIDGE, Microwave, Stove.
Utilities will be spilt in half between tenants.
The community comes with a Swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness Centre and a laundry service on site.
Can add on lease if required. Details can be discussed later.
Tenant will be sharing the flat with me.
