I have 1 room to rent in my apartment in south Reno. It’s a quiet area with plenty of parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. The room is unfurnished with separate washroom and Other utilities are included. Your cut will be per month, if you leave before one month notice. Our new roommate will have access to the common areas of the apartment, living room, kitchen and tv. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is a non smoker, and vegetarian.
